Do It For You
Do it because you are strong. Do it because you can change. Do it because you want results.
By definition, CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. It is by far, the fastest growing, research based, elite fitness and strength program on this earth today. CrossFit is for everyone: men, women, young, old, overweight, thin, highly-able, disabled, prior-injury, and everyone in between. It is universally scalable, so that workouts, lifts, and movements, can be tailored for each and every athlete.
Useful strength, that is. The kind of strength you gain in CrossFit makes you more fit for everyday tasks as well as any sport you take on.
Do everything with more grace, more confidence, and the ability to move better than you ever have.
We train your body to be fast. Not just fast-er, but fast. Unlock your body’s potential to move faster than you’ve gone before.
Coaches That Genuinely Care
(and keep you going)
After 17 years as an autism specialist in the Bay Area, Kevin suffered a minor back injury that turned into a blood and bone infection. After months of hospitalization and being non-ambulatory, Kevin needed something to get his body back together. After discovering CrossFit, he was hooked. Since then, he’s moved back to his home town of Carpinteria with his wife and three young girls, started two CrossFit boxes (with a third in the works), and, thanks to CrossFit, he’s stronger and healthier than ever.

Leah has tried running, gymnastics, exercise fads, diets, even going full vegan, but none of it worked for her. When she found weightlifting her body responded, and she excelled. At age 21 she became a certified personal trainer and for the next 10 years it was her great passion. However, severe leg and back pain were taking their toll on her ability to get through the day. Weights weren’t enough.
Then came CrossFit, and for its first couple of years she thought, “Just a fad, it will pass.”
Then she tried it, and by day 2 of On Ramp with Kevin, Leah was sold. CrossFit was everything she had been looking for and more than she’d hoped. Paleo was the right diet and the CrossFit programming turned her into the kind of athlete she always aspired to be: healthy, pain-free, and strong.
